Avenue HomeCares rehabilitation professionals provide therapy services in the home or other location of choice. We provide Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and Speech Language Pathologists.

Avenue HomeCare works with children as well as the geriatric population. In coordination with the attending physician, Avenue HomeCare therapists provide patient-centered care with a goal of maximizing independence.
